Ten Sigma Return Policy

How to Return an Item:

Our goal is to ensure that each customer has a positive experience with our products.  In the event that a return is desired, the item must be in its original unused condition to be returned – unless it is being returned due to a manufacturer defect.  Returns must be received within 30 days from the purchase date using the following steps:

1. Notify Ten Sigma of your desire to return a product(s) by emailing us at support@tensigma.org or calling (800) 657-3815.  If emailing us, please include the reason for the return in the email.

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which is based on 10% of the purchase total for the order connected to the return.   In the event of a return for our Starting Line PDF licenses, only unused licenses are eligible for return and refund.
