This special survey trial allows one teacher to send 5 Transition surveys to an unlimited number of survey takers per survey. These surveys include a wide range of Transition skills and can be emailed (or printed and mailed). Once the survey is completed by an online survey taker, the results are automatically totaled and graphed. The results can then be analyzed to identify student or class strengths and needs. Surveys must be used within 1 year from date of purchase.
